Foodie Trail : Sri Lanka

Overall, food was pretty good. Most importantly, they were clean, none of us had food poisoning..although we tried mainly local dishes.


Here you go...our foodie adventure in order of my personal preference =")




Farm fresh products! near Horton Plains.

Pork dish is quite rare..appearance may not be good but taste was quite good.

I'm missing Rice and Curry =')



Rice combi from  buffet spread - vege salad, salted fish, pork, mango curry, papadam...it was super yummy!
Home cooked meal ...buryani rice, long beans, salad, potato curry, chicken, pork, papadam....awesome-ness!

Fried noodles, omelette and rice+ curry dishes before Adams Peak climb





Err..this is buryani rice..personally, I thought it tasted like vomit.  Not sure whether it's this particular shop or all buryani taste the same.



Key Learning:
If there are the following in the menu:

1. Egg fried noodles
2. Chicken fried noodles
3. Vege fried noodles
4. Mixed fried noodles


Question - what is Mixed fried Noodles?
Answer - Egg+Chicken+Vege Fried Noodles
