7 days ago, I was sick.
Stayed a way from coffee which I believe was the main culprit of the bout of gastritis.
Was almost eating normally again, then I happily ate this:

Sure it was tasty, but it must be too oily for the recovering stomach.
Purged a couple of times last night, and today.
Doesn't seem to be a serious case but tummy's uncomfortable, food intake's minimum, hence, low energy level.
I'm sick again :(
Mmmm could it be some virus attack? Look like you have to really eat 'ching' stuff for sometime.
ReplyDeleteAlso try yoghurt as it has healthy bacteria. Everytime I have gastric attack, I eat yoghurt and it helps.
