Post Muay Thai


It's been about 36 hours after my first 1.5 hours Muay Thai class and I just realised that my arms aren't functioning well at all.  I felt some alot of sores and aches in the morning but it seemed ok after some stretches.

Been driving around all day, there were some aches but it was well manageable.

Carried groceries, it was all good.

Did some hand wash laundry, it was good.

Then, it was time for a good shower to end the day..and ooouch.  Basically, huge difficulties performing most of the usual self cleaning actions...like - washing the hair, washing the face, anything that requires the use of the forearm muscles.

So, I'm not very clean now :D

Will elaborate more about how the class was like in the coming post.

Need sleep now..to help the muscles recover!

Sneak peek : It was tough. Real damn tough.  10 times tougher than a body combat class.  The both are not comparable.  They are of different worlds.  BC is a martial arts inspired Cardio Workout.   Muay Thai is Martial Arts.  Period.
