All that can go wrong in Customer Care

For some reasons, I've had more than enough encounters with customer service support of different companies and brands lately.  Following up on a previous rambling about Customer Service - HERE where I've written about some of my good and bitter experiences lately.

One of my superior once told us - "..when you receive an email, ensure that you acknowledge regardless of whether you have a solution or answer to the subject matter but make sure you acknowledge the email.."

That was like more than 10 years ago where email was still THE main communication touch point.

Nowadays, with the internet and social media ruling the world, companies and brands should find it ten times easier to be closer to the customers, to acknowledge and to appreciate customers. No?

I wrote an enquiry to the Skechers UK site, I got an auto-generated-reply almost immediately.  It's automated but it's good enough for me to know that the enquiry was received.  An email  follow up came y within the next 24 hours.  The reply was general..but good enough since I wasn't even a customer.

And my recent experience with Go Sport ID (HERE) was more than pleasant for such a small purchase.

Now, back to the International Skincare Company.  Pardon me, I've been using this brand for years and I am was happy with it.

Quick re-cap. They introduced a new range of day cream, my face developed irritation.  How serious can that be?  If you're a woman and a regular user of day cream, you'll know how serious that is.

I think this International Skincare brand had done all that a brand should not do in terms of customer care.

Fault no.1:
I couldn't get through the general line - the only contact no. available on the local website

I mentioned to a friend who is a staff, she offered to pass my contact to the respective dept.  I waited.

Fault no.2:
Nobody called

I called again after waiting for 1-2 weeks and managed to get through.  I was passed on to the respective dept. and was told that my problem 'was being looked into" and "the person in charge will call me back in a day or two"

Fault no.3:
Nobody called

I wrote to the International website to highlight the issue.

Fault no.4:
No acknowledgement of email.  A follow up call came from local office after only 1-2 weeks.

I told the rep. nicely that I've already managed to speak someone in the office and am waiting for a call soon.  I gave her the name of the person who was suppose to call me.  The rep "promised' that she will follow up on my behalf.

Fault no.5:
Nobody called.  No follow up

A few days ago, I called the direct line that was given to me.  There was no answer, so I was directed back to the operator who gave me a hotline number for the particular brand that I was referring to, oh..why wasn't this given earlier (I wonder) , then I had to repeat my story all over again.  The person "promised" to call me back.

Fault no.6:
This time they did call back!
But unfortunately, one of the first things said was .."MS W, we've checked and from our records you have not called us before"

Wtf.

Anyway,.it went on and on..me repeating the same story once or two more times.

And I just received a call today to say ... (you wanna make a guess)?

Sit. Tight.

Apparently, the person who was handling my case had left the company.

:D

What a joke....

So..there I was ..repeating my story again to some one who obviously doesn't understand the product..as I had to repeat the brand and range many times ...many times...and it was also very obvious that with her limited product knowledge she had no solution nor advice to my problem.

Well, at least one message came out good - I was told that "out of goodwill, I can exchange the the product with another item, and what would like I that to be"

Well, yeah..hooray..but my main question remained unanswered.... now that the new product is no longer suitable for me.. do you have any advice on which other variant that I can use?

May be..I was asking too much huh?  Since they are willing to exchange..I should just accept the offer and move on to another brand!

End of story.

Customer Service

Brand owners, product owners, service providers, etc invest a good amount of budget in creating awareness to your brand or service and hopefully awareness translates to consumers trying out and eventually become loyal users.

But what about taking care of current customers? Are current customers important to the business?

Of course..at least I strongly believe so.  That's why most organisations has this thing called Customer Service in place.

I've had interesting experience in the last few weeks with Customers Service of different levels.

I owe it to Maxis, so I've got to highlight this.
I know I've complained about Maxis' coverage a lot, I eventually realised that instead of complaining out loud, I should play my role as responsible customer by giving constructive feedback via proper channels. That is if there are convenient and accessible channels available.

I must say Maxis has done a very good job in striving to encourage, accept and act on customers feedback and complaints.

I've tweeted to MaxisListens several times on coverage issues with different locations.  Each time, I received almost immediate replies in the form of direct messages or tweet replies and there will be a follow up call  on the same day to get more detailed information pertaining to my complain.

They will then follow up with a case reference number via Twitter.  I'd normally get another call within 1-2 weeks to update me on the outcome of their investigations and actions taken.

At such instances, even if the problems were not 100% solved but the efforts put in to acknowledge the problems is highly commendable.

My other experience was with T, a local auto care company that I had brake pad issues with.  I filed an official complaint via their official website's feedback link.  If I'm not mistaken, it was a Saturday night.  I got a reply within 24 hours.  There were a couple of email correspondence.  The source of the problem remained unknown to me, I was offered "some compensation", I'm not sure if I will continue using their other services...but I know or at least they appear to have tried their very best to handle the complaint as sincerely as they could.  Thumbs Up!

And most recently, I had some problems with a day cream that I've been using for a long time.  They recently 'expanded' their product range to include a Whitening and another another improved Non Whitening  variant,..that's the way I understand it.  I bought the Whitening version not knowing that my face will be have sensitive reaction to it.  Actually I didn't realise its different from what I 've been using. You know..what's like when they suddenly make changes and we don't actually see the differences.

Anyway..I scanned through their website..but couldn't find anything that explained the change.  My questions were simple..WHAT SHALL I DO? CAN I HAVE THE OLD PRODUCT BACK?   I tried calling the only phone number that I could find in the website for days but I couldn't get through. My friend who is working in the company offered to pass my contact to the PR dept.

I waited.

And waited.

I couldn't wait..I bought the other Non Whitening variant.  Reaction was slightly better..but it's still not as good as before. I had to apply water to dilute effect.  wtf..

Sorry for the lingo..but I'm really quite mad.  It's an established and international brand, by the way.

So..no calls.  I tried writing in via the International website since the local website doesn't welcome write ins.

No replies.  International brand my foot.

Alas, I managed to get through to the local office today. and actually managed to speak to someone.  Hurray~

And oh...they remembered my name.  They are aware that I'm expecting some response...and someone is actually checking with 'so and so' about my problem...and will be calling me in the next two days.

ahem...what went wrong here?
May be..they don't have a Customer Service setup? PR should not handle customer complaints..

But hello..international brand, what could be worse than desperate customer in need of advice not being able to reach you ?

I'm still waiting...

Maxis Listens

Somewhere around the Q2/Q3 this year I encountered major difficulties with Maxis data services  both 2G/3G) inside Amcorp Mall, Petaling Jaya. Thinking that it was only in the LG, I accepted the 'flaw' since it's quite common to have weak mobile / data coverage in more 'secluded' areas.

Towards end September, I discovered that even the upper floors did not have coverage.  The internet were totally inaccessible when I was on the 1st floor, 3rd floor, everywhere.  That was totally unacceptable.  I decided to place a tweet at the Maxis Listens tweet wall. I was told that they react faster when a feedback or complain is formally logged.

True enough, they were responsive. My tweet was acknowledged in less than 2-3 hours.  I received a call shortly.  The caller was good at asking all the relevant questions..from which shop I was in to what app I was trying to access.

In a day a two I received another call to inform me that there was indeed a technical fault in the area..and the repair is estimated to take a few weeks (if I remember correctly).

I was happy with the response team.

Unfortunately..come mid October..about 2 weeks later, I tried to access again on the 3rd floor..it wasn't working still.  I tweeted them again..providing the previous reference number.

This time the follow through wasn't that good.  The person who called this time didn't seem to have check the records before calling me.  I can't remember what transpired in the conversations.. I think the last call I received was to tell me that they have revisited the site and solved the problem.  They've asked me to inform them immediately if I have problems again.

Well, my occupation is not to go roaming around the mall to test data coverage but the few times I tried over the last two months has been...satisfactory.

The 2G seems to be working fine...albeit slow.

But whenever I switched to 3G..this happens:

I'm not gonna complain anymore..I'm tired.  I know..we pay so much a month for faulty services..?

I'll bear with 2G for now...still bearable.

I've a typical Malaysian attitude.

More Crap

I ranted about how frustrating it is to be using Maxis for data access (here) ..ok..to be fair..I'm not sure if it's the same for other providers.  I heard it is much better with Digi - not sure though.

Received a call last week from a third party conducting a survey on usage experience with both voice and data coverage.  I gave them my feedback..no good both at home and in office..regardless of voice or data.

Every now and then I see this screen.  In a building, in the house, on the road..  And it is damn frustrating.

I was having lunch at the LG of a mall in PJ just now.  It's PJ..part of Klang Valley the main market centre of   the country.  And yet..I still get this.  Well, one can argue that it can happen in close up area..for instance in a cave, basement, LG ...fine.

But the the phone detected this...Maxis WIFI hotspot.

Yay..is this a way of compensating the weak mobile data coverage?

NOT.

It's chargeable!

I know..it's a common thing.  I see this all over HK..wifi hotspots are chargeable at public area.  Very few free hotspots.

But hello...you can only do this when the core infrastructure is functioning properly.   Don't you see it?

We are already paying for mobile data...but it doesn't function properly... .half the time is spent on waiting  for page loading..or switching between 3G and Edge hoping to get faster speed.  The rest of the time we rely on wifi when ever it is available.  In other words..we are paying for a service that we can't use!

Now..they wanna charge for hotspots access..
What about giving existing paying customers free access, say for 30 mins to an hour per location per day?

We get free wifi as customers in a eatery or cafe..why can't we get the same as Maxis customers, a very  unhappy lot if you don't already sense...

Crap

Does the above look familiar to you?  I get it very very often, to be fair, I'm not sure if it's due to problems with the application or our dear mobile network data provider.

Regardless, I've not been happy with the speed and quality of data service, Edge or 3G same.  The irony is, 3G which is supposedly more advanced is much much slower most of the time.

We pay RM100 to 375  a month (depending on packages) for calls, messages AND data access from 1GB to unlimited (depending on packages).

I'm on the RM100 plan which comes with 333 mins calls, 200 sms and 1GB data per month.
Here's the thing, I will never reach 333 mins in calls as I'm never a phone yakker.  200sms is only applicable to Maxis numbers, in case you don't know.  They charge you separately if you happen to sms to other numbers.  Now with WhatsApp, who needs to SMS??

IGB Data?  I only hit 1GB in my 6th month.  The speed is so bloody slow that I 'd opt for wifi whenever one is available.  Seriously, the damn thing doesn't load properly most of the time.  At home, when I'm driving, in a mall..practically everywhere.  It's like there are random 'coldspots' all over town.  Note : Coldspots is the opposite of Hotspots - in my dictionary.

Sometimes I wonder why I'm paying 100 bucks a month when I only utilise 5% of the services.  No wonder Mr A is the 2nd wealthiest man in SEA :/

And yesterday, this happened...

The entire network was totally down for about 2 hours since 5,30pm.  Totally frustrating.

Well, to give them some credit, they managed to recover pretty quickly by Msian standards.

Crap...

Illegal Dumpsites

It was a bright sunny afternoon when I arrived home, there was a fire engine and police patrol car right outside my house, since there was no smoke..so shouldn't be anything serious, I told myself.

Iphone Shot enhanced by Camera+

This car was parked near to a illegal dumpsite.  It was badly damaged when the dumps caught fire.   Luckily, the fire was put out quickly before any major explosion.   There were many other cars and even houses nearby.

..I have irresponsible neighbours who has the habit of putting their 'unwated stuff' away from their own compound e.g. old furnitures, garden wastes, boxes, basically big unwanted items that they don't want to clutter their home with or items that the normal garbage truck won't accept or they can't wait that long for the garbage truck pick up.  Selfishness? Or some will say that it is selfishness caused by inconvenient services?

It's true that we do not really have pick up services for bigger items.  So..most some residential areas will have their own 'designated' site for these items.  Strangely,  the authorities will assign separate pick ups trucks to clear these 'designated' sites when it gets too 'full' i.e. overflowed to the roads.

I've complained to the authorities before, firstly asking them to clear the overflowing rubbish and secondly asking them what are the long term solutions to the problem i.e. do we call for pick up? Or can they provide    big containers?  Following my complaint, they promptly sent a team to clear the site but did not answer my second question.

And I didn't pursue.

Well..that's us. Malaysians.

Local Latte

When I saw a Local Latte option in the menu I imagined it will be something like local coffee just like those we have in a asian coffee shop or indian / muslim style kopi tarik.  I didn't feel like having western latte so..local latte sounded good.

Definition of Latte: strong espresso coffee with a topping of frothed steamed milk..says wisegeek.com

Guess what..

The Local Latte that was served to me..was a 3 in 1 (sugar, creamer and instant coffee sachet micture).  They didn't even bother to make sure the mixture was fully dissolved and well mixed before serving to me.  I could have taken a picture as proof...but I guess was too surprised and disappointed .

so..think twice before ordering any Local Latte eh : /

I'm still Michael

In September (blogged HERE) ....they sent me Michael's Shuffle..which I happily accepted.

Early October....some tele marketer called asking for Michael Wong...(blogged HERE)

On the same month, they sent me the redemption letter of the second Shuffle ..still. addressed to Michael!

Since then..I've became a regular but patient caller to the card centre...and many times..they re-assured ..that they will make sure I get my shuffle and more importantly..will make sure I'm still a Female..and not MICHAEL.

This letter dated 4th Nov..came in last week.

May be I should change sex ....
After all, Michael Wong sounds like a nice name..

Is there Hope?

At my bro's house now. Home connection is down again.  It's been happening on and off..about once in 2-3 weeks.  I've gotten tired of complaining.  The last few times when it happened, I was still able to log on by 'riding on' some unsecured connection in the neighbourhood :)  but couldn't detect it today :(

I've also been a pro at calling the call centre to report about the problem.  I think they are also quite ashamed when I asked them to look back into my long list of previous reports.

I've gotten very tired of repeating the same story over and over again..hecne, I'd always start by referring to the previous report(s) and tell them very sternly that "IT'S HAPPENING AGAIN FOR THE Nth TIME"

A smart agent will quickly skip the normal procedures and create another report to send a technician to the the necessary.  A not so smart agent will insist on asking the standard questions that they were trained to ask..some even insisted that I go through the standard trouble shooting procedures again...and this will normally blow my top.

Anyway, I've given up asking why ..all I want is the connection to be back up again....soonest possible.  But today's agent was quite diligent ...gave me some hope when he noticed immediately that my problem had been recurring for so long and said that "he will refer my case to the second level"

Received a call from the 'second level' a few hours later ..it went something like this:

'second level' : helo..I'm xx calling from xxx.  May I speak to..xxx
Me : Yes..speaking
'second level' : this is regarding your faulty internet connection....are you able to connect now?
Me : No..

'second level' : ok.....(she tried to say something...which I couldn't quite understand.)

By this point, I knew the conversion is heading no where..but I decided to try my luck)

ME : Ok..but do you have any idea WHY this is happening so often? Can you refer to previous reports to understand more?

'second level' : oh..ok..I can see your previous reports...the last time was due to a cable fault..

ME : Yes..but why so often..at least two times in a month..

'second level' : ermm...why so often..ermm..ok..I will refer to your case for the technician ..

ME : how long will this tak..?

(I know the standard answer..just testing her)

'second level' : we will need around 48 to 72 hours..

I hung up.

Second level my foot. The quality of response I get from 'second level' is not different from the normal '1st level agents' that I normally speak to.  In fact the one that I attended to me earlier in the day was far more responsive.  At the very least he showed some understanding and empathy.  That's all we need...we don't expect miracles..or immediate solution...show some empathy,..instead of giving us robotic standard questions and procedures.

Unbelievably Idiotic

Specially for those who do not have access to my FB:

Was happy to receive a call from TM a while ago..thought I'd finally got some high level attention.

My happiness was shortlived :'(

TM : Ms Wong ah..referring your report no 1-xxxx how is ur internet connection now ah?
Me : No it's not working..

TM : Erm....according to my records, my technician had already rectify the problem at the port.
Me : *holding back my anger* When was that?

TM : Erm....last Saturday
Me : Did refer to the latest status report before callimg me..? *boiling by now*

TM : Oh..hold on ah...
TM : Oh..so you have problems with fixed line..? How is it now?

Me : I'm not at home now..the last time I tried to call..it was an engage tone
TM : Ermm....so when will you be home to check if the internet is working?

Me : I don't have to be home..you just have to dial my number now..and you will hear an engage tone
TM : Oh..soemone will be at home to receive the call?

Potong!

Contemplation often makes life miserable. We should act more, think less, and stop watching ourselves live ~ Nicolas de Chamfort

I am seriously considering to cut off and END my 'relationship' with TM.  I've wrote about my frustrations several times here, in twitter, in FB..so many times in so many ways that I'm getting tired of my whiney self.

Why not just end it?

It has now become very obvious that the root cause of the repeating faults are due to my faulty telephone line.  Each time I call they complain that they can barely hear me..and I had to practically yell out something like "Yes..it's because I have a faulty line..and you guys have not fixed it....and this is the main source of my unstable internet connection...."

Calling TM is like opening a mysterious box..you won't know what you will get until it is ...Opened.  If I'm lucky..I get a smarter representative..who at the very least understands my problem immediately..like the one I spoke to on Friday nite..he tactfully pointed out I had indeed called many times and he said that he will put in a strong comment asking for a thorough check on my fixed line.  Of course..no one came. No one called.  They always take the easy way out..reset the port at some external site..and hopefully this irritating customer will be happy for the time being..until she gets disconnected again.

As expected..it happened again last nite. If only..all reps are smart.  If  unlucky..you get some noob who can't even get your username alphabets right..let alone..understanding your problems.  This time, I had to call using my mobile cos  they couldn't hear me when I used the fixed line. And it went dead after a while -.- anyway.

It's not feasible, cost wise, calling a call centre with a mobile..they put you on hold, they go through verification process, you had to repeat yourself 10 times on each sentence.then they realise thye are in no capacity to understand the problem..they put you on hold...again..all this equals MONEY..to the mobile line!  I had to hang up.  No one bothered to call me back..although they have my mobile number.  And they KNOW I'm a frustrated customer.

I called again this morning from the office line.  Well..slightly smarter tone of voice..but..sigh.  So robotic.  I wonder if she understood half the matter I was desperately trying to put across.

I pay approximately RMM50 diligently every month for the fixed line and the internet access.  What's the point of paying when nothing works?  In fact they should give me a refund!

I'm seriously thinking about disconnecting everything, replace the fixed line with a supplementary mobile line at only RM10 and replace the internet access with a reliable wireless provider..may be Celcom.  Still researching.

Tyres Worn out after only Seven Months

Is it possible for a 7 month old tyre to wear out?
These are pics of my tyres after only 7 months.

Sent the car 10,000 km service during the same month.  Unfortunately, I forgot to bring up the issue when I checked in the car.

Wheel balancing and tyre rotation are part of the 10,000km service.

Yup..all were done accordingly when I collected the car.  The invoice stated that balancing and rotation had been done.  True enough the bad tyres aere now at the rear.

BUT.

Aren't they suppose to find out or at the very least alert me about the tyres.

I checked with TCEAS (Tan Chong Service Centre) again when I was there recently after a month.

To cut the story short....answers were nothing unexpected.

"Did you check your pressure regualrly" "This is normal wear and tear..there is no warranty for wear and tear"

For a while I accepted..that it's just..I just have to accept it.
But more and more people are telling me that IT IS NOT POSSIBLE for a new car to have such a bad wear out.

Hmm..my BIL think they are discriminating women drivers!

My bro thinks..there must be soem defect in the assembly!

I just submitted an official complaint to the Nissan Customer Service site.

Stay tune for updates.

sigh.

XL - about being sincere when you give

This is directed to all our dear brand owners / marketeers / manufacturers ..basically all who work to build and promote brand presence via various advertising promotional activities...ok..I shall be specific ~ sponsored free apparels in particular.

I received a free WWF t-shirt when I signed up as a regular donor many years ago.  Unfortunately, the shirt came in a mega huge XL size.  I didn't even bother trying it on. I liked it too much to give away immediately..until recently I came to sense and gave it to my brother.

In a recent badminton tournament where partner and I got 4th placing, we were given  Yonex t-shirt and towel as consolation gift. To my delight!  Once again...to my disappointment and half expected..the shirt is way too big for me :-(  The sponsor happened to be my friend's hubby.  I tried asking if he has a smaller size for female players like me.  Answer ~ "no la..sponsored gifts all standard size.."

Lastly, my recent buy, the Lumix LX3 came together with a few freebie.  One of it is a stylish Puma jacket..that I absolutely love.

Yes..you are right.  It's XL Again!

@#$%!

The shop says that all jackets came from Pana in one size..hence, no smaller size for me.  I wrote to Pana to ask politely if there is anyway I can change to a smaller size..at least a Medium size will do.

Answer ~ "Your email is noted and subsequent to below our acknowledgment, we regret to inform that
the Puma jacket that we have are all in XL size. We apologize for the inconvenience caused".

*CRY*

I don't know what else to say but can you guys be more sincere when giving out gifts.  After all it's a way of thanking us for choosing the brand...why not go a step further by making sure we are able to use it proudly.

Customer Service @ Giant

Whatever happened to the Service with a Smile practice??
It's even more disappointing when one is greeted by a look equivalent with the image below at the Customer Service Counter.

I must say it was the most unpleasant experience I ever had as a customer.  And it wasn't even any fault of mine.

The promotional price for the sanitary products that I bought was displayed with one of those huge yellow price tag image that says $9.99 but the price sensor at the cashier charged $12.49 instead. That is a very big difference moreover I bought two!

As usual...with such cases..we Customers will normally have to Work Hard ...ourselves to get things Right.  Unfortunately,..this is so true in many in fact most organisations in Malaysia.  They just don't care...! Or rather..the employees were never trained to care.

And so..I made my way to the so called Customer Service Counter and was greeted ny a representative who looked like the angry cat above.  I'm darn serious. She didn't have any smile nor any sort of pleasant outlook.  I wonder why she's with Custoemr Service.  Anyway..after spending a few minutes explaining to her my problem...she still had that irritating look on and didn't show any sign of aknowledgement whatsoever..  She mumbled something to her colleague and came out from the counter (still no aknowledgement)...walked a few steps towards the hypermarket area ..leaving me behind obviously.  Upon realising that I wasn't behind her..she turned to me and said "Follow me" ...still with that irritating look.

 I don't normally curse out loud but.....WTF!

The more I think about it..the more angry I am.

And so..I FOLLOWED HER to the aisle.  Upon reaching...with the receipt in her hand...she stared at the aisle for a very short while...barely attempted to identify the SKU from the receipt..then turned to me and nodded her head ..(without even saying a word)...to ask me which and where is the product that I bought.

WTF!

Damn it.  Such a lousy and irritating and snobbish xxx.

I should cut the story short before I contaminate this wonderful blog with foul lingo.   In the end,,she took the huge Yellow price tag ...and the original 12.49 price tag which was underneath back to the service counter...sour face STILL....informed another person who seemed to be more senior and left to attend to other matters.

Her Senior took over my case.  No IMPROVEMENT!  Sour face too!  Too out some form ..and bluntly told me to fill in my details.  For a while...I almost thought I'm theone at fault instead.  After filling up the details..she 'calculated' how much they need to return to me based on the price difference... $5.00.

Guess ..how long I waited for the miserable five bucks!  It must have been at least 10 mins!  As usual...it was mind boggling how they take things so easily..with no sense of urgency..making the customer feel as if we are here begging for money.

I was fuming.

In the end..she managed a soft 'sorry ah' when she finally came out with my five bucks.  bahhhhh....I'm not sure now if I ever wanna go back to Giant.

Bidor Noodle Place

Been having problems connecting for the whole day -.- *so angry* Still not able to diagnose the problem. Both modem and notebook were working fine at my brother's place. Why????? As sual..the streamyx call center was no help at all. Grrr.....! I'm now tapping on some unsecured network...very weak signal though...can be disconnected anytime.

No mood now :(

Anyway..I forgot to mention about Bidor yesterday. Well..actually I intended to talk about Bidor in a separate entry.

We were at this wan ton noodle place for dinner supposedly very popular. We were disappointed though due to many obvious reasons.

Let's just call them the 4 P's:

PRICE

- check out the prices above. Ridiculous. A normal plate of char siew won ton is RM5.40! I can have a tasty plate of medium size plate with a yummy chicken thigh for that price in my favourite stall in SS2.

PRODUCT

- were they great? No lor. For RM5.40..there were about 5 pieces of won ton and relatively more char siew. BUT...there were hardly any taste. Bland. I was practically just chewing and swallowing to fill up the stomach...

PLACE

- busy. noisy. crowded. packed.

PEOPLE

- indifferent. Basically, they have such steady flow of custoemrs through out the day I don't think they can handle. Service was slow. Attitude was grumpy.

I won't go back again lor. If I ever stop over in Bidor again..I will rather try other road side stalls nearby of which I was very temped to when I had to wait almost 30 mins for my tasteless dinner.

To whom it may concern,
Have you ever thought that it was really selfish and unthoughtful and totally idiotic of you to throw your used packet of ketchup recklessly on the floor and not into a dustbin. And..to that particularly idiot who threw your packet of used ketchup right in front of the gate of my house (the abandoned new house)..$#@ You! I know I don't come back often, I don't really mind some of you using the entrance as your private parking lot but that doesn't warrant you people to dump your trash there.
THAT ketchup packet at the gate ...if you don't have any brains to figure out why I am ranting about it..let me tell you...when one STEPPED onto the packet of ketchup...your truly here..yes ME...literally got splashed all over with ketchup!
Imagine having your favourite pair of khakis and Nike shoes splashed all over with Ketchup...not only Ketchup but probably Ketchup that is days may be months old.
Grrr...

Serve it Hot Please

Some delicious looking buns at a relatively new outlet caught my eye yesterday. Their specialty seems to be shepherd's pie but I was attracted more to their buns. They looked so nice & tasty. I couldn't resist getting one although I was on the way to have lunch.

Big sigh...

It was as cold as a piece of stone you pick up from the park early in the morning. Wanted to throw it away but didn't wanna waste food :(

WTF!

I hope it's because they forgot to turn on the warmer cos if they continue to serve cold food..especially shepherd's pie...the store will be gone in no time.

I won't reveal the name of the store for now.

Will reveal if when it's really gone :p

So...that's how fast we work..

Source : The Star
The Cabinet has set up a committee to investigate the Jaya Supermarket building collapse.
Housing and Local Government Minister Datuk Seri Kong Cho Ha said the committee, which would be coordinated by his ministry, would call for a meeting next week.

“The committee will investigate if regulations had been adhered to and if the demolition had been properly carried out according to the standard operating practice,” Kong said.

So:

..7 days is needed to realise that there is a need for an investigation.
..may be another 7 days needed to call for a meeting
..and then another 7 months to find the scape goat the person responsible
..and then another 7 months waiting for trial
..by then..everyone would have forgotten about the seven that lost their lives
..and Malaysians continue to live happily ever after

No wonder...the road along Jalan Duta heading towards Segambut / Jln Ipoh had been in the dark without lights for months (may be a year) and I read that Tenaga and the Works Department had been pointing fingers at each other. The scenarios were something like this:

..Tenaga: The electricity supply to the road are functioning well..so it is not our responsibility
..Works: We've checked the lights..all are fuctioning too. So..it's Tenaga's fault.

Are they waiting for a fatal accident to happen before they buck up their ass and find out once and for all the root cause?

P/S: I travel on this road every other night. It's really pitch dark. Very dangerous especially when one is not alert or not familiar with the road. Plus...there are alot of goons who love to speed on this road ala Formula One.

Ask your Mother...

You know, nowadays, at the hypermarkets, we are bugged by pushy salespersons selling all kinds of products from credit cards, to slimming packages, to healthproducts..even to charity programmes...and etc etc.

I was at Cafrrefour on Saturday..there was this counter by Unicef ..not sure if it is man by Unicef staff or appointed agents but I am quite sure this goon that approached me is not from Unicef...must be some silly agent that was appointed.

It was a very brief conversation but...congratulations goon..you managed to piss the hell out of me within a record time!

Goon: hello..bla bla bla..(trying to introduce me to Unicef and then encouraging me to donate to Unicef)
Me : Thank you..but I am already donating to Unicef

Goon: oh..really? how?
Me : via XXX credit card

Goo : Oh yes ah..? What about your mother? Ask your mother to come donate too la.

What the....!!!!

The more I think about it....the more !%$#@ I get.

In the first place..it should be very clear that the person walking next to me is a 70 yr old man and not a woman.

And..my mom is Dead .....you idiot!
