FREN: But yday the way he collapsed, betul betul macam STROKE

FREN: Our office is on the 49th floor.....so we need to take 2 lift....Fr 1-38 and transist fr 38-49

FREN: The guard who brought the paramedic to us told my colleagues, tis one is 2nd case for tis YR
