I've been blogging less I think...or blogging habits had changed somewhat. Used to blog mainly at night on my bed when I'm at the most peaceful state. Can't do so lately.. night time is not that peaceful anymore cos I can't find a comfortable position to stay up. My favourite position (lying on my tummy) isn't comfortable anymore. I thought the bed is too soft for the bad back..so tried sitting on the floor, didn't work.
Concluded that basically, the system signals for rest time, as in practically lie down flat..nothing moves.

Maybe it's time to change your bed to a harder one? Or buy the special type of bed that helps suppport the back one la
