The following are just 2 of the 5 exercises that I need to do everyday..at least once a day.
Bridge (pelvic lifts) : Hold for 10 seconds each time - 10 sets! |
Plank exercise - to rotate left plank, hover, right plank - hold 30 seconds each time, 3 cycles!
side plank - hold 30 seconds each rotations |
Hover - in between right and left side plank to hold 30 seconds each time |
Very tough..but effective in strengthening the core and back muscles. Well, in a way it's a good way to stay lean..keep the flabs away hopefully.
