Stayed out a tad bit too late last night.
Only slept at 3am, as expected couldn't wake up for morning gym.
And the rest of the day went by in a daze.
This is a symptom of aging. During younger days, sleeping at 3-4am was no big deal..we could still wake up at 7am to go for classes, games etc.
Sleeping in till 10am did not help. I thought it did initially..and went for RPM at 4pm. It was rather disastrous. My mind was strong but my legs were weak. When my legs finally got some momentum, the rest of my body refused to co-operate. Hence, all systems went haywire. Mission failed...it wasn't even half way. I had to abort as signs of blacking out was beginning to kick in.
Boo.
