Car is ok but I am still puzzled by the brake pad issue.(note: brake pad exhausted after only 7000km)

A typical example of calling for the sake of calling... No sincerity detected. It's jus part of the SOP.
Yep they are just following their S&OP. Din even bother asking you questions on the brake pad. Probably think, 'Not My Problem or Not my Responsibility' So typical of M'sia customer service
