Passion

My nephew (cousin's kid) in Vancouver had just qualified to compete in the Canadian National swimming meet in Montreal. He is only 12 turning 13 next month. He has done well. Everyone is so proud of him and dreaming to see him in the Olympics :D Since young, he loved sports and is particulary passionate about swimming. Achievement aside...I personally think that it's just great that he found hispassion at such a young age. He is also lucky that he gets 200% support from family members who go all out to give him all he needs to achieve his dreams.

Have you found your passion?
I haven't.

Wikipedia:
Passion can be expressed as a feeling of unusual excitement, enthusiasm or compelling emotion towards a subject, idea, person, or object. A person is said to have a passion for something when they have a strong positive affinity for it. A love for something and a passion for something are very similar feelings.

Sometimes it helps to find things that make you passionate.
For example, for which of these objectives can you generate the most passion and intensity?

* Reaching a specific goal
* Accomplishing a certain level of perfection
* Making a great deal of money
* Going back to an original purpose
* Beating a challenge
* Filling your life with as much happiness as possible
* Fulfilling a duty to yourself or your family
* Helping a great number of people
* Creating a superior reputation
* Building a highly-successful business
* Helping others achieve success
* Becoming the best at what you do
* Hitting a specific statistical target
* Earning enough money to buy something you really need or want
* Making a positive impact on society

There is nothing stronger than a leader with a firm direction and passion to get there.
