If you happen to be in D'sara Uptown and looking for a simple inexpensive yet satisfyingly sumptious meal - do try out Capri Cafe (Opposite Uptown 1). Capri Cafe offers a good selection of both western and local dishes. I envy those who works in the area...this place is THE place to catch a comfortable, relaxing, tasty and yet inexpensive lunch. Deco and environment is simple and comfortable. It is obviously the best alternative between a hot and stuffy coffee shop or other relatively more expensive air conditioned places...which may not even have such variety to choose from.
