This is the conditioning track in BC 39. Song is nice..but the conditioning work out (esp the hover and side plank - hate these - but...it's all for the sake of a flatter tummy) ..err..makes you wanna cry!
Yes..fickle minded and if you follow my posts often enough..you will also notice that I have very diversed interest...from rock songs to love songs to techno songs :D Same goes to other things in life..from tai ci to body combat to rpm..to being a foodie and bloggie. Heee....
